Immediately, he was unable to work. I was overwhelmed with grief, faltering under the all-consuming responsibility of caring for my dying husband. The added burden of operating the business in his absence was untenable. I was ill-equipped and I knew it. 

Kurt was diagnosed with incurable gallbladder cancer after 2 weeks of being mildly under the weather.

Aaron assigned one of his team members to lead out on a long overdue install and training on an up to date POS system. In Aaron's analysis of our business practices he realized streamlining our operations was vital to my moving forward in the business, regardless of whether I continued to run the store or decided to sell. The streamlining process allowed me to knowledgeably look at all aspects of my business from an informed perspective and tweek it where needed.
